Leap is a team of research and innovation professionals with diverse professional backgrounds. Below are members of our leadership team.
Elizabeth combines her strategic perspective and business background in marketing, branding and insights to build and deliver the most relevant and impactful research and innovation solutions.
She has particular expertise in the areas of new product development and innovation and is a skilled innovation process leader. Her depth of knowledge and team facilitation style create a positive and productive innovation environment. She has significant experience in using techniques and tools to maximize the front end of innovation, and in gathering inspiring insights and leveraging them into tangible business opportunities.
Prior to joining Leap, she served as president of Kelly Michener in Lancaster, PA, where she directed overall brand strategy and communications development and measurement. She graduated from Gettysburg College with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
With her business acumen and a strong background in market research, consumer insights, new product innovation and development, Dorothy brings over 10 years of experience to Leap. As research director, she manages the design, execution and analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, and facilitates our new product innovation process. Dorothy is committed to offering our clients creative solutions, deep insight and actionable recommendations.
Dorothy is a proactive, strategic thinker who has had proven success in managing large-scale projects. She is skilled in a wide range of methodologies, from new product development research (such as concept & product testing, pricing research and variety assortments/TURF) to brand studies and attitude and usage research.
Prior to joining Leap, Dorothy served as Research Manager with TNS, where she specialized in US and international research design, project management, data synthesis and analysis. Dorothy has been trained by the RIVA Training Institute, holds a BBA in Marketing from The University of Toledo and is pursuing an MBA from Penn State Harrisburg.
As innovation manager, Lindsey combines her expertise in marketing communications with her passion for creative methodologies in order to lead the team in all aspects of the innovation process. Her keen insight into demographic and psychographic consumer profiles, her competitive and category analyses, and her experience in conducting both regional and national marketing efforts, allow her to guide clients through accurate and effective recommendations.
Prior to joining Leap, Lindsey served as media and research coordinator at PPO&S, a full-service marketing communications firm in Harrisburg, where she guided the research for and development of strategic media campaigns and also managed several of the regional media accounts. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in mass media communication.
